“If there was negative marking, definitely i have given worst rating for building as well as to Emirtaes Properties ....I am at a loss for words to describe how awful our experience with Emirates Properties has been. They completely ignored our emails when we had issues, despite the building being newly constructed. Now, we're struggling to get our security deposit back because they are trying to find any excuse to deduct money. This seems to be their tactic with all tenants. If you’re considering living in Dar Al Falah, Liwan area, think twice!!! You'll be surrounded by constant construction, and dust will invade your apartment. “I pay 70,000 for a 2BD, rent is higher comparing to the whole area. The whole building is dirty, they don’t clean at all. All the floors are smelly (sewerage). The swimming pool is green already. And maintenance service is awful !!! I’ve been complaining, but as per the building management “building is small, we are not coming” Emirates properties please don’t take over buildings if thats your service 0/10”
