“We were told the building was for family but after living here you realize they have rented it out to bachelors and certain group of ladies as well. The lobby and corridors stink all the time. Not suitable for families and kids at all.”

“Nice building with ample parking and an exclusive swimming pool. Big lifts big corridors, 24/7 security, ample parking opp. New gold Souq in Al Raffa area. Restaurant and small supermarket just across the road.”

“Past years it was good for family but recently they have allowed Bachelors/sharing/ Night workers , which now makes the Building not healthy for families with Kids . Besides maintainance issues are not addressed.. Apart from 20% increase they also charge every year Admin charges for 1bhk arround 3K AED, 1K Processing + Ejari.”
