“It's a nice building with modern apartment design. Pool area on the roof is cool, you have the view of Marina and any highrise in Business Bay from the roof top with nice lights up there at night 👍🏽 It's good they have the building manager living in the building and he is quite responsive. Cleaner dude is pretty hard-working. But the compound is often dirty, thanks to people who drop their dirts in open spaces where the wind can easily blow it around - cigarette butts are a menace too”

“lived here for a few years, tiny parkings and not enough for the building. Building management are extremely unresponsive and unhelpful.”

“Really bad experience living there 2 years. The parking is horrible. Fire alarm goes off multiple times a day and all night long even at 4am. Elevators, lobby, pool and gym are all small and outdated. The garbage rooms are disgusting and not well maintained. And the prices are too high for what the building offers. Also management doesn’t return calls and is unhelpful. Don’t believe reviews saying it’s improved. I just left a few weeks ago and it was the same up until the day I left. Do not recommend renting here.”

“It’s my 3rd year here and what makes me write a review now is that the management is giving more attention by time and a lot of improvements are done since I took my apartment here. The gym equipment renewed, lights and alarms systems has more maintenance and the building is super clear with more strictly regulations. I love the place and I’d like to recommend it specially for families. Thanks a lot Dumax team.”

“i lived in the building for more than 04 years very beautiful and very practical with location. the building management very responsive ,they always answer at anytime and they get the problems fixed .”
