“It’s a very big building but they only have two elevators,and there’s always a queue before we can use them.There’s also no signal for card payments, so if we order groceries, we have to pay in cash since the card machine isn’t working due to no signal. So disappointing.”

“In this building there are many issues, 1.many capsules are there in 1flat there is so many people more than 30plus. 2.they made one washroom as a room. 3.some owners always switching off the Ac. 4.some owners time to they are increasing the rent and saying the real estate increased which is big lie. 5.there is no exhauster fan in the kitchen, when many of them are cooking people getting suffocating.”

“This building experiences lift issues due to inadequate capacity with only 2 lifts. Furthermore, security or cleaning staff are closing the service lift during peak hours, which is unacceptable as it's not their personal property.”

“Visited the bldg and surprised when asked the watchman what is the Makani number he refused to give and he said no Makani number this s new bldg wow he thinking we r same like him new n Dubai … so kindly tell him to respect people asking Makani because otherwise we will complian in land dept !!! We visited today 23- April and at 9:30 am”
