I entered asking for me and my handicap husband for a washroom but the security (old indian man) refuse to let us use it.aspl per him,the owner doesn't allow to use the washroom.

“I have been living in Dubai since 2010 and of course during this period I have moved between several residential buildings in different areas, and I can say that this building is my worst experience ever for several reasons:
1- Lack of communication, it is very difficult to communicate with the building management, when you ask them for maintenance or to solve a problem related to parking, for example, the response may take a few weeks.
2- Maintenance, which is very bad, and they do not pay for maintenance even if it is related to essential things that need periodic maintenance (such as central air conditioning). They will not pay until the maintenance amount exceeds 1000 dirhams, and for that purpose they send you a technician to evaluate the maintenance, and the amount is always less than 1000 dirhams for you to pay!
3- Cleanliness, it is absent from the dictionary of this building and the corridors may remain for weeks without cleaning and without spraying any disinfectants or pesticides, and this is one of the reasons for the spread of insects around the building.
4- Noise, especially after midnight, and although this noise comes mainly from the surrounding gardens, the building management did not intervene at all to solve the problem, and when I had to contact Dubai Municipality, they told me that the basic license for this building is an administrative license and not a residential one!! Another nuisance comes from the children in the building but they are excused as there is no play area for them!
In the end, I sincerely do not recommend renting in this building so that you do not get stuck in a yearly contract and your permanent suffering begins!”

“I’ve been living in Dubai for almost 14 years, moving between many apartments, but this building has been my home for the past 4 years. While there is a lot of noise from Miracle Garden, at all times I’ve gotten used to it over time.
One person who truly stands out is the security guard, Akash. He’s an incredible human being with so much patience—whether it’s with children or even rude tenants. I’ve seen some negative reviews about security , but I’m certain they’re not describing the same person. Or personal issues like he doesn’t let them park their second car inside 😂He is polite, professional, and goes above and beyond. Honestly, I can’t imagine Evershine bringing in another security guard who can handle so much like Akash does. He is like family to us. And i hope he’s getinh paid inaff for what he is handling.
As for other aspects, I’m lucky to have wonderful landlords who respond very quickly to maintenance issues. However, cleaning yes lately the condition of the building is not clean properly.
Handling tenants’ bad behavior, and general management have taken a hit since the previous building manager Shon left the building . Things aren’t the same without him unfortunately.

Lastly, if you don’t have children, this building might not be for you. The reception area is often crowded with kids and their nannies 😂and it can get quite overwhelming.
Overall, despite a few challenges, this building has felt like home to me, and I appreciate the efforts of those who make living here easier.”
