“I purchased an apartment from Danube Properties three years ago with an expected handover in July 2026. Unfortunately, the project is nowhere near completion, and the company’s handling of this delay has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. As of now, only 36% of the construction work has been completed, yet the company continues to claim the project is “on time.” It is simply impossible for them to finish the remaining work in just two months. I have contacted them multiple times seeking clear updates, but I receive no proper or transparent responses. During my visit to the Client Relationship Department last week, the manager verbally admitted the handover delay but refused to provide anything in writing. This is highly concerning — how can a company accept delays verbally but be afraid to document them for their customers? It leaves buyers in the dark and at risk without any official information. I was told to wait for the next construction update, which arrived yesterday showing only a 1% increase in progress from the previous month. This slow pace is alarming and unacceptable. The worst part is that despite repeated requests, no one is willing to provide the email addresses of the owners, Rizwan Sajan and Adel Sajan. As a paying customer who feels poorly treated, shouldn’t I have the right to escalate my concerns directly to the company’s leadership? Danube Properties has failed to deliver on its promises and lacks basic transparency and accountability. I strongly advise potential buyers to think twice before investing with them. Extremely dissatisfied with both the service and the construction progress. This is after your poor response: I’m truly surprised and disappointed by your response. After I took the time to explain all my negative experiences in detail, your reply simply asks me to call or email and explain everything all over again. This has left me even more worried about how Danube Properties handles customer engagement, especially after escalation. Instead of investigating the issues from your end using the information I already provided, you’re shifting the entire burden back onto me. If you need any additional details, I suggest you speak directly with Ruth, your Client Relationship Manager, who is already familiar with my case. This kind of response doesn’t build confidence — it makes me feel that genuine concerns are not taken seriously. I expected better from a professional team.”
