“The best option for a family with children! Gardens is divided into sectors (gates) and it's best to rent accommodation in the new (renovated) gates. They are also called "white houses". Huge amount of greenery! Very many trees, in summer it's much more pleasant here than in the central parts of Dubai, shade, breeze, lots of birds. You wake up in the morning not from the noise of cars, but from the singing of birds and crickets. The area is liked not only by people, there are very many animals here: parrots, mockingbirds, doves, hoopoes, geckos and even foxes. Low-rise houses, gated territory, shared pool, football and basketball fields, tennis courts, lots of barbecue areas. The only downsi…”

Huge amount of greenery! Very many trees, in summer it's much more pleasant here than in the central parts of Dubai, shade, breeze, lots of birds. You wake up in the morning not from the noise of cars, but from the singing of birds and crickets. The area is liked not only by people, there are very many animals here: parrots, mockingbirds, doves, hoopoes, geckos and even foxes. Low-rise houses, gated territory, shared pool, football and basketball fields, tennis courts, lots of barbecue areas. The only downside - there's no gym. The plus side - there's a metro nearby, IKEA is 5-10 minutes drive away, Ibn Battuta Mall, LuLu stores, Carrefour, Spinneys.”

“It's peaceful, well maintained residential project with green cover, lawns, grounds & children's playing equipments too. Not aware whether it has any indoor sports facilities & club house with snacks & coffee bar etc.. All in all, it's a lovely stay at my daughter's...”
