“Absolute disaster! Emaar’s worst project, just like Golf Suites. Nonstop 24/7 construction—good luck getting any sleep. Horrible build quality with the cheapest materials possible. Walls, floors, everything is garbage. The paint keeps peeling off, and I’ve called them 15 times about water leaking from behind the walls. Their final response? “We can’t do anything anymore.” Tower B doesn’t even have a lobby—just a sad elevator. Filthy floors, trash everywhere, and no EV chargers despite multiple Teslas in the building. Their solution? “Go charge at the mall.” Imagine paying for this nightmare.”

“Lived here for a year, fire alarm goes off randomly all the time which is very annoying! Maintenance team are usually slow to make communal repairs. Gym is small, machinery is cheap quality. Aside from that, decent place to live.”

“November 2025 update - they buillt a 10 foot wall around the park to keep residents from golfville out. This is an area promised to us by the developer and various real estate agents. Real estate agents in dubai will mislead you about properties here in dubai. Also the bathrooms are not properly sized for a building of this price. emaar prohibits you from making any modifications in your own apartment.”

“They not only annoy everyone with the amount of times they ring the fire alarm, COMPLETELY UNNECESSARILY. Today they decided to take that to a whole new level, to conduct a whole fire drill and have the genius idea to LOCK PEOPLE INSIDE THE PARKING DURING A SO CALLED EMERGENCY!!! Yes it’s as insane as it sounds, multiple residents had to argue with them for over 20 minutes before they finally opened it, I was over 20 minutes late for work because of them.”
