“Fraud !!! First of all, full of cockroach and termites. Water was leaking in my washroom for one month and had to raise a complaint IN DEWA for these guys to repair the same. Very bad service anf this building is of Zain Capital , very greedy people and will charge more. Also they won't refund the security deposto saying that painting and maintaince which no other building nearby will deduct. No one will attend your calls and service request in Dubai office They deducted full security deposit of the earlier tenant of my unit and said the same reason and nowto me. They hold the security deposot for month a d won't respond in mail. If you managed to get i contact over phone they will just say no refund as lost of work for this building. All staff resiging and you will never get the aame person while vacating and they act bumming each other. very bad attitude of a guy in accounts.”
