“Every other year it rains through the ceiling into wires and storage rooms, even apartments, seeing a lot of water damage. The building roofs are apparently never sealed. Pools are sometimes toxic and only fixed when visibly bad ( green ) for sales. Staff is changed every two years and records lost. The contracts signed are long and leave little to no leverage for owners. The cooling system is not effective in the summer and is quite expensive.”

“The problem is the company (management) not the location.. No maintenance specifically for the AC commun area.. Always not working.. They try to fix it.. Only trying !!! But nothing change.. In fact they ruin instead of fixing !!! And when we sent them emails!! they don't reply.. Or they reply once after 10 emails.. Too bad...”

“Northwest is by far the best cluster in the Green Community DIP. Built in 2009 (as opposed to 2005 East), right across the street from Marriott and the Market, intelligently planned 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. Nice clean swimming pool, gym and playground. Would prefer to stay here over any other building within Green Community DIP, or Dubai for that matter. It's quiet (no construction going on around Northwest) and walking distance to the market. A huge green park in the West makes life amazing. You can walk, run, play there. Simply breathe oxygen and unwind from the stress of the city.”
