The trash bin areas are also clean all the time. The management is doing good job and must be appreciated. Security guards are always available and helpful.”

“Been living here since 1 year, no issues at all. Haven't faced any insects or cockroaches. Keep your apartment clean before complaining about the management. “The management at Green Diamond One is completely negligent and unprofessional. Parking violations have been happening for a very long time, even before the renovation works, yet management continues to use renovation as an excuse. Cars park wherever they want, tenants ignore security when asked to move, and nothing is done about it. Patrolling is useless, fines are never shown, and there is no proof that any action is taken against repeat offenders. The security team knocks on doors and gets ignored — tenants know there are no consequences, and management allows this chaos to continue. We’ve raised this issue countless times, and the response is always empty promises with no real solution. Emails go nowhere, nobody takes accountability, and it feels like management simply doesn’t care. Green Diamond One deserves much better management than this.”

“The management here is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Almost every day, I come back home to find someone has parked in my assigned parking space. When I inform the security, they simply complain about the management as well. Even when I called the police, they confirmed that it is the responsibility of the management to handle this issue. I have sent multiple emails, but every time I only receive the same repetitive replies with no real action taken. Overall, it has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience.”

“Have been a tenant here for nearly two years and one of the best parts of the building is the security guards and maintenance!!! Afan is amazing guy !!!”
