“This is by far the worst building in all of Dubai. More than the building, the management is done by ignorant and arrogant people who believe it is their right to waste other people’s time. Before the offer you the apartment they are all nice and sweet, as soon as you make the payment they stop answering phones and threaten you to leave the building and vacate by paying the contract termination fees. Maintenance teams are all messed up, your complains will never be resolved. Stay away from this building. Live in a labor camp but not here.”

“This is by far the worst building in all of Dubai. More than the building, the management is done by ignorant and arrogant people who believe it is their right to waste other people’s time. Before the offer you the apartment they are all nice and sweet, as soon as you make the payment they stop answering phones and threaten you to leave the building and vacate by paying the contract termination fees. Maintenance teams are all messed up, your complains will never be resolved. Stay away from this building. Live in a labor camp but not here.”

“Please don't choose this building. There are worms coming out of all the drain hole in the flat. I've stayed in the building for 1 year. No one comes for maintenance on time. I waited 28 days for them to fix cloged drain & shower leakage. All flats in the building have same worms issue. Recommended for those who DO NOT PREFER HYGIENE!! Mohammed Hassan Baba Hassan Real Estate is the parent company & Eagle Properties & Hassani Group comes under them. Kindly check thier google reviews.. everyone has the same problems in the flats.”

“‼️It’s been more than TWO MONTHS since I left the building and they are NOT refunding my security deposits without a reason. Even after I contacted them so many times to push.👎👎👎 ❗️10 meters to the mosque, if you want to experience sleeping inside the📢 it’s perfect place for you. ⁉️When I left, the building management made me pay FULL price for a new toilet due to an unknown small crack on the bottom while it was working so fine that I never noticed.”
