“The building facilities are not good including elevators which is non operational in the month of Ramadan we have to suffer and wait for hours for the elevators. 2. Garbage disposable is worst as the smell is coming from all over the building. 3. There are so many rats in the building which causes serious health issues.”

“I am highly disappointed with the condition and maintenance of the accommodation at Hassani 17. The overall upkeep is far below acceptable standards. For instance, if the air conditioning unit stops working, it typically takes about a week for any repairs to be carried out—despite repeated complaints. As residents, we are regularly paying a maintenance fee, but unfortunately, it seems like a waste of money given the poor response and service quality. This has made living here quite uncomfortable. I hope the management takes immediate action to improve the situation. Very bad apartment... 😡😡😡”
