“من أول يوم في شقة ببناية حصة 14 وانا أعاني من الحشرات، أبلغت الناطور ومكتب الإدارة أكثر من مرة، وحتى بعد التبليغ ما انحلت المشكلة ولا في أي تجاوب منهم. تجربة سيئة جداً.”
