From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“There has never been such a high level of real estate in Dubai Hills Estate! This is the first residence with service, amenities and apartment quality like in a 5⭐️ resort hotel. The house is located on the best and last plot of land next to a huge park. Real estate in this house at the best prices, with large apartments, and with high profitability. This is the best offer on the market for a comfortable life at a high level.”
