What one reviewer said

“The building has serious mold, humidity, leaks, and piping issues. The unit will be freshly painted when you move in, but the black mold spots and leaks will soon appear. The water damage is so bad, that the ceiling on the 4th floor collapsed because of the amount of water it was holding. Despite tenants' complaints, they waited until it all fell down to fix it. Lights in the apartments go out all the time and you'll be expected to replace them every time. The area around the building gets badly flooded every time it rains.”

From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.
