From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“Very bad service , Maintenance is not doing yearly basis. And moreover the person who is handeling this all tenancy renewal and paper works is very rude to tenant and customers. Once you signed the contract then they will treat you as a slave . Its my experience.”

“I was pleasantly surprised to find this gem of a building in the Meydan area. The finishing and ambiance gives the area a touch of luxury. The courtyard looks like a remarkable place and the views from the rooftop infinity pool are stunning.”

“I've bought an apartment here. The finishing is really good and the post buy service is really great, they help you to fix everything you need. Nazik Oskonova is a really good real estate agent - very quick and responsive.”
