“❌❌❌ Worst experience ever !!! Manager Mr Azar is a devil who take amount in cash and don’t give back deposit. He can throw you out any time without notice and when you involve police, they claim for proof of payment. There is no maintenance in building. Even wifi does not work properly. They reduce AC from main source everyday between 11pm to 4pm They are big liars !! I hope they will get punishment one day.”

“Very bad experience at JR5 Building, Al Mankhool The rooms are infested with bed bugs – management has been informed multiple times but did nothing to resolve the issue. The building manager, Azar, is extremely rude, unprofessional, and has no respect for tenants. Due to the new partition ban, he is forcing tenants to vacate without proper notice. Worst of all, he refuses to return the refundable security deposit of AED 1,000 and instead making excuses. Unhygienic, mismanaged, and full of stress. Not recommended at all. The place doesn't even deserve 1 star.”
