“Been living here for 4 years with my family. The experience degraded in a terrible way. The security makes the lives of residents like hell. The community forced a decision to put facial recognition, which does not work and of course did not stop partitions (which was the initial intention). Even after many complaints to the community center the system was not improved. Always having to deal with security agents questioning me and my wife just because the system does not work (when they accept to open the door...). Same thing for the parking, I registered twice my car but the camera does not read the license.. same for the gym facial recognition does not work, hundreds of people are affected and security agents are rude, following the rules blindly. Sadaf feels out of Dubai, way below this city's standards.”

“Don't hire a security staff like Vishwanath who talks hotly no matter what you ask him. People like him will give a bad name to those who work hard - his service is very bad. He dont know how to assist in this position 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻”

“I had such a great time visiting JBR — the atmosphere is lively, the beach is clean, and there are so many cafés, restaurants, and shops to explore. The area feels safe and well-organized, with beautiful views of the sea and modern surroundings. Whether you're walking along The Walk, enjoying a beach day, or dining by the water, JBR is a must-visit spot in Dubai. Highly recommended!”

“While it has one of the best layout , its' community management is the worst. Event taking a single permit takes days. I send receipt from landlord about service payment , still they ask me to reach landlord and make him reach the community. This is already the job definition of the community management, they still ask you to be middle guy. Oh btw the permit that I am trying to take is pest control. While they put you in this bureaucratic permits they dont do fundamental job to keep the building clean from the bugs. Thank you guys amazing community management.”

“Well-organized settlement. There is almost everything. Gym, grocery store, drugstore and pharmacy, several pools, space where children can play, flower shop and more. 10 minutes to the beach and Marina Walk. Public transport (tram) is also nearby (5 minutes). Everything is well-maintained and clean.”

“Warning for Business Owners/Investors I strongly advise business owners and investors to AVOID investing in JBR retail or apartments. They are incompetent and completely unhelpful, making it nearly impossible to make even basic improvements, such as putting up a sign. Chadi Elsayfi, who rented the unit for me, provided false information. Save yourself the trouble and reconsider investing in this place.”

“Avoid this building! Location is nice and apt are big but in general that’s all you will get. Lot of apts have bad bathroom smell that noone knows how to resolve despite several attempts. Humidity in apt is high so you need to use dehumidifiers in all rooms. Elevators and garage smelly every other day. Kitchen cabinets so tiny that you can not fit plates and close them, drawers same issue. Ceiling full of mould and falling apart in reception level. Save yourself troubles and find something else”
