Jumeirah Beach Residence

Jumeirah Beach Residence is 40 towers in six clusters along a 1.7km stretch of beach, sitting between Dubai Marina and the sea. Dubai Properties finished it in the late 2000s. Apartments run from studios to four-beds and penthouses, with retail underneath the whole length of it on The Walk and The Beach.

You live here to be able to walk to the sand, and the tram stops at either end. The crowds come with it. The Walk is a destination in its own right, traffic and parking are difficult at weekends, and holiday lets are common in some towers. The buildings are approaching twenty years old, so what separates them now is upkeep.
