“Worst experience ever. ❌ I can’t even give this place 1 star. The property has absolutely zero maintenance 🛠️‍♂️, and if you are a tenant here, never expect to get your security deposit back 💸. Avoid this place at all costs! ⚠️”

“Sorry to say that this building security day time so disrespectful to delivery boys and to many other advertising companieseven I messaged to management no any action the guy from Pakistan or India is so rude date 15/1/2026 time 9:08 pm I face him even he don't know how to talk with someone I request to management or or building senior's that take action against him thank you”

“Been living here since 2021 as uae national. ever since the manager has changed, this place became pure garbage. Dirty, smelly, unclean, some (not all) new uneducated disrespectful low class expats specially in 4th & 5th floor have came and started doing parties with drinks all night all day and make loud noises. One of the rooms also has a gym in his room, you can imagine the noise below his room. Totally do not recommend this place. Biggest regret is owning / renting a room here, my friends in nearby buildings are satisfied.”
