“Before renting an apartment in this building, make sure you think twice. The problems here go far beyond normal apartment issues. The management is one of the biggest disappointments. Maintenance requests can take an unreasonable amount of time to be addressed, and residents are often left waiting for solutions to problems that should have been fixed quickly. Living here sometimes feels like you are completely on your own whenever something goes wrong. The pest situation is also unacceptable. Ants are a constant problem, especially around the kitchen and other areas of the apartment. In addition to that, there have been cockroaches, spiders, and even a rat sighting. It is difficult to feel comfortable in your own home when you are constantly dealing with pests. The building itself does not appear to be properly maintained. There are cracks, holes, and other issues that seem to be ignored instead of repaired. The cleanliness of common areas is also poor, with garbage frequently creating unpleasant smells around the property. Another concern is the number of people constantly moving in and out of certain apartments. This creates noise, disturbance, and makes the building feel overcrowded. Instead of feeling like a residential community, it often feels chaotic and poorly managed. After experiencing all of these issues, I would not choose to live here again. There are many better options available that offer cleaner conditions, better maintenance, and more responsive management.”

“I strongly advise anyone considering this apartment to look elsewhere. My experience here has been extremely disappointing from the day I moved in. The building suffers from constant maintenance issues, and getting anything repaired takes far longer than it should. Electrical problems, broken outlets, and other issues are not handled with the urgency that residents deserve. When you are paying rent, basic maintenance should not be a struggle. The pest situation is another serious concern. Ants regularly appear throughout the apartment, and there have also been cockroaches and spiders. At one point, we even saw a rat. These are not the conditions people expect when renting a home. Cleanliness around the building is also a problem. Trash is frequently left outside the designated garbage bins, creating unpleasant smells and making common areas look neglected. Instead of feeling comfortable and well-maintained, the building often feels dirty and unmanaged. What makes everything worse is the lack of responsiveness when problems are reported. Residents should not have to repeatedly follow up just to have basic issues addressed. Overall, this has been one of the most frustrating places I have lived. Between the maintenance delays, pest problems, cleanliness issues, and poor management, I cannot recommend this apartment to anyone.”

“This is the worst apartment building I have ever lived in. If you don’t pay your rent on time, they will cut off your AC and electricity immediately. On top of that, when you report problems such as broken outlets, electrical issues, or maintenance concerns, it takes a very long time for anything to be fixed. The pest problem is also terrible. There are ants everywhere, along with cockroaches and spiders. Yes, spiders! We even saw a rat in the apartment. Living here has been extremely frustrating because these issues never seem to go away. Another major problem is one of the neighboring apartments. There are constantly many different people coming in and out, and it seems like the apartment may be overcrowded. The people living there often leave garbage all over the trash area instead of putting it in the bins. The smell becomes unbearable and spreads throughout the building, making the environment unpleasant for everyone else. The building is poorly maintained, the pest problems are out of control, and the overall living conditions are disappointing. I would not recommend living here to anyone. If I could give this place a 0/10 rating, I absolutely would. ⭐ Rating: 0/10 — ZERO STARS!”

“Do not take the apartment in this building,its a trap by the Owner and security guard. They will never return your deposit money, they will never repair your Broken item Lived there for 4 years but the Iranian owner, who lives in the building denies to answer your calls or reply to your messages when you have an issue which not been resolved by the security ( Mr Omar). They will increase rent by 10% every year, wherein on Rental Index it shows no increment in rental value and when you debate ot fight with them they will say do the case and remove the AC compressor plug so that you can suffer and agree to pay the revised rental amount. This is my incident and that's tha major reason to leave this property and my balcony glass door was cracked for more than 1 year but they refused to change..they pretended to change but never and after leaving they said you need to pay us and we are going to deduct from your deposit Poor managing skills and full of bedspace...you will find all boys in the building..not recommend at all.”
