“Horrible maintainence. The team don't do the job on time. It took them almost 3 weeks to attend to the leakage in the living from a busted pipe from outside.Few tiles in the living room flooring are red colour stained from the time they handed over the apartment and still not changed. Actually should be changed before handing over to me. Kitchen fittings are rusted and not changed because it's functional. Upon requesting to change it I am asked to pay for it. The wood in the kitchen in one section is rotten and they just painted it and left it Swimming pool on top is ok but on the surroundings there are bird droppings and never cleaned. It's feels very unclean Stair case also not cleaned. T…”

“Horrible maintainence. The team don't do the job on time. It took them almost 3 weeks to attend to the leakage in the living from a busted pipe from outside.Few tiles in the living room flooring are red colour stained from the time they handed over the apartment and still not changed. Actually should be changed before handing over to me. Kitchen fittings are rusted and not changed because it's functional. Upon requesting to change it I am asked to pay for it. The gym is for name sake Parking too they gave me an open parking and lot of waste is thrown from the houses on top in the building which lands on my car. Upon bring this to the notice the manager thinks he owns the property and we are staying for free. He speaks rudely and do not want to listen. Very unprofessional and expect tenants to respect when he speaks to me as if they are doing a favor rather than thir job.”

“Good place for family. Building is secured with good quite neighborhood. The watchmen are helpful and friendly.”
