“a construction site is going on next to the building. hammers and machines work from 7am and somtimes stay till 11pm . management is not helping .. and the worset ever . i regret the day i decided to live here . now im looking for new place with only 3 months passed on my contract . and management wont cancel . stay away”

“A good, small residential building for living in a quiet neighborhood. The building has everything necessary for life. Within walking distance there are tennis courts, parks, recreational areas for children. The downsides - there are no shops and supermarkets nearby. There are no restaurants or cafes. However, the area has 2 large schools, which is convenient for families with children.”

“It's cute... The contract is crazy though and completely not aligned with Dubai Land Department regulations. Did not go ahead only for this reason. I would strongly recommend everyone who wants to live here to read the contract carefully and approach DLD in case of any doubt because this is extremely ridiculous. Cannot believe people are signing this.”
