“Don't even think to rent out any apartment from them at this location in particular or any other location in general. All those good reviews are fake and were done by their own staff to mislead others. Poor building structure, garbage containers are kept outside (at the entrance of the parking lot) attracting pests & insects as they aren't being cleaned after having them emptied. Fire alarm keeps on beeping and disturbing residents most of the time, even during the night. Careless and irresponsible management.”

“Don't even think to rent out any apartment from them at this location in particular or any other location in general. All those good reviews are fake and were done by their own staff to mislead others. Poor building structure, garbage containers are kept outside (at the entrance of the parking lot) attracting pests & insects as they aren't being cleaned after having them emptied. “Customer service takes time (rather don’t respond) to emails. Most specially and specifically if you follow up for your security deposit refund, they don’t respond or at least acknowledge your email.”

“Very poorly engineered, I assume when renting an apartment comfort should be the no.1 priority. However my experience is very negative with this residential building. The bedrooms let in cooking smell through the AC when cooking in my Kitchen and even from other apartments kitchens. All in all I don’t recommend this place.”

“Lootah Residence-2 is quite comfortable and wonderful building to live. Good construction and clean building. Apartments are having enough space however balconies are huge. Real state and maintenance staff are nice, friendly and supportive. Building is new so no maintenance issues. Fully Air-conditioned building with quality lifts. Family building with dedicated parking, kids play area and small gyms for workouts. The view of Burj Khalifa from balcony at sunset and night time on Mohammad Bin Zayed Road side is amazing to watch. Building is very close Mohammad Bin Zayed Road however no direct access is available yet, only routed through Manama Road. Comfortable drive for people working in DSO, Awir, Business Bay, Al-Qouz, Deira etc. Easy access to all areas of Dubai with less or no traffic.”

“I’m a tenant in this building it’s extremely bad real estate and bad area imaging you are in dubai and you still drive into sand street to reach the building what I can say no facilities, you need to spend 15 minutes the building from the entrance, rent is very high compared to other area as silicon and Liwan I do not recommend this to anyone guys please don’t they need to reduce the rent from 50k for 1bhk to 40k And to fix the rode Thanks Regards”
