“I'm living here with my family since beginning, my experience is turned positive side after the new landlord and management took the building from previous owners, they make all comfortability for the tenants, in a one word they changed everything in positive side. Big respect to the new landlord!”

“I’m the tenant here second year and we are satisfied with all family, the building maintenance is quite good the new landlord taking care now, recently they make covered parking shades on the G-floor which is opened before, 9 out of 10 for the maintenance works. 🙏”

“This building is in a very good location in Wadi Al Safa 2, Liwan. Excellent Management by the company. Sushanth and Omar are really good and proactive and accommodating.”

“Very nice building, I’m leaving here 3rd year before management was terrible but now since 1 year management is changed and so professional, landlord taking care of the building, special thanks to management team Omar for assisting us.”
