“Outside looks amazing, and that's why there is 1 star The entire compound has 1 security only and leaves by 6pm. - intercom ain't working at all. However, it is useless since there is no one to answer. - smart home system not working at all anywhere. - no soundproof, you can totally hear anything and e everything that happens around you. - construction work for the pool and gym still starting after residence has already moved in. - fire alarm is on several times every day and night, and since there is no security, and it has become practice at night we all go out of the building until it's off on its own. - building parking gates are finally working. “It was a great stay. The only problem was the connectivity with the downtown area. There is no public transportation facilities which makes it difficult to travel for visitors.”

However, tenants and owners are not notified because they haven't registered themselves for an unknown app that is related to the community management company that no one ever heard of or even got an awareness about, so we are all stuck outside with no access and no security to open for you, then when you finally get someone to talk to they reply with access has to be given only to the owner even though you have your own ejari and title dead. Only walk through visitors are allowed in as no access to enter or parking space for them to park, and assuming there will be in the future, you need to come out off your home and wall to the gate to open for them. - if you order a delivery, you need to get dressed and go out of your apartment, then go down to the main street to meet the delivery while driving to collect your food since there is no security to open or access. - coordination and maintenance is horrible. If you need to fix simple lights that are not working, even before you move in, you need to wait 4 months a d even yet ain't fixed because of messcommunications, no show, delays. Simply the ppl who work has no coordination among themselves, and they have no respect for other ppl time or simply they just don't care. Finally I have to say the place is good but developer, management, main contractor are simply shouldn't be here”
