From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“SBK is notorious for hiking up rent every year ignoring the rental index. Also they squeeze out huge renewal charges every year even if its not permitted by the law.”

“Poor Maintanance, poor construction, Central supply AC but will not work, if we raised a complaint also maintenance people will not come. Rent will increase yearly, renewal charge separate. Worst experience”

“My recent experience with SBK has been quite disappointing. Maintenance issues are completely over the head. Requests take longer than expected to be addressed and often require repeated follow-ups. Their break time is 2 hours and never available upon the tenant availability. SBK also falls short in fulfilling basic responsibilities, particularly in maintaining cleanliness. NO AC , NO VENTILATORS OR NO AIR FRESHNERS ON THE FLOORS. Floors smells like garbage. While the main entrance is kept clean and perfumed, the rest of the premises do not reflect the same standard. What’s even more concerning is the lack of proper security. The security guard on duty doesn’t want to take any responsibility, even when it’s clearly part of their job. It makes you feel like you’re on your own, which isn’t how anyone wants to feel in their own home. These issues collectively affect the overall quality of living, and I sincerely hope SBK takes tenant feedback seriously and improves its approach to communication, compliance, and property management.”
