No maintainance, no cleanliness, unlawful and illegal rent hikes, asking money for stuff like parking and swimming pool and causing trouble with parking access. Absolute nightmare. Old building management DORE (Deira Orient Real Estate Est) was much much better. New management has turned all the tenants into adversaries by there rude and provoking behaviour.”

“Since Emirates Properties has taken over the building management, nothing is right. No maintainance, no cleanliness, unlawful and illegal rent hikes, asking money for stuff like parking and swimming pool and causing trouble with parking access. Absolute nightmare. Old building management DORE (Deira Orient Real Estate Est) was much much better. New management has turned all the tenants into adversaries by there rude and provoking behaviour.”

“This building was once a secure and peaceful place to live until Emirates Properties took over. My experience since then has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Firstly, the maintenance of the property is severely lacking. It has been over a year since I requested repairs, and when they finally do address issues, they use cheap materials that do not last. This neglect demonstrates a complete disregard for the tenants and the quality of living in the building. Cleanliness is another major concern. The common areas are consistently dirty, which is unacceptable for any residential environment. It feels as though property management does not prioritize the well-being of its tenants. Additionally, the agency has recently implemented a new security feature that restricts parking access to only one car per tenant, and only if the vehicle is registered in the tenant's name. This poses problems for those with company-owned vehicles or for tenants who may need to use a substitute car while their primary vehicle is being serviced. While I understand the need for security, this measure feels ineffective and poorly thought out. Moreover, anyone on foot can still enter the building without any checks, rendering the parking restriction pointless. To make matters worse, the intercom and building entrance have been out of commission for over three months, further compromising our safety and convenience. Despite all these issues, the rent has increased by nearly 50% year over year. This unreasonable hike, coupled with poor management and living conditions, led me to formally raise a complaint with the authorities. Overall, I cannot recommend Emirates Properties to anyone seeking a well-managed property. The lack of maintenance, poor cleanliness, ineffective security measures, and excessive rent increases have made my living experience here extremely unsatisfactory. I hope future tenants are spared the frustrations I have endured.”
