“Beautiful building. Building finishing is so amazing. Beautiful courtyard but noise kids I guess because family building. Good service provided in building too. Even have concierge in the building. He is very helpful.”

“Very nice and luxurious and quiet building, few kids available for your kids to socialize and interact with , tenant’s, pool , playing area down side are amazing , it is like a big family here every body cares for the others , very helpful security team around the clock available. Shops , restaurants, men & women beauty Salons in the ground floor , Spines is 5 min away , walking distance , it also deliver to your door step. cycling track is one Km away , no need a car to tow your bike, Fantastic gym in the roof top with amazing view. What more you need , trust it reduce outdoors activities expenses for me and my kids as every thing available.”

“This isn’t a residential building it’s a children’s playground. If you don’t mind hearing kids run and scream ALL the time and I mean ALL the time, morning, afternoon and evening, then you’re welcome. The tenants here seem to have no idea how to raise kids yet they have so many of them! And Al Tayer has cut corners when it came to the construction of the building so you get, you guessed it, THIN WALLS. Thin walls and screaming kids is the absolute worst combination. It’s like they’re in your living room or bedroom. Go somewhere else.”
