“Apartment is nice, no complaints . But no amenities, pool non functioning for over 6 months now. There is no communication from the property management. Would have been better to pay lower with functioning amenities. I hear the ladies gym is not open, several restrictions on kids play area. The common gym is also very smelly. The apartment seems popular but I don't think people realize you're paying only for rent no basic amenities.”

“Living since past two and a half years, wonderful building, clean and even maintenance is good and responsive. Only issue is that they haven’t cleaned outer glasses since two years. They look very bad and spoil the aesthetics of the apartment. For such high rent they should be considerate about such issues”

“A very nice place to live, with proper access controlled parking and access, pool and great views of the portside of the Persian gulf. The place is endowed with a lot of restaurants and supermarkets. So, getting things isn't a problem here. I visited my relatives living here and really enjoyed my stay here.”

“Poor Management. Water leaks and smelly bathrooms. When it rains during winter, water seeps through all windows and floods apartments. Security/Maintenance/Management do not respond. Facing issues for past two months, but nothing. My bathrooms smell like poop for the past 6 months. Fungus has grown on ceiling, due to leakage and no action. The fungus has eaten away at the ceiling. No action. Useless. Do not rent in this building! You will regret it 100%”
