Hell, I’ve had to wear SANDALS when going to school because of the water. Also, walls were once smeared with some substance. I was gonna do 2 stars but then remembering that wall, I gave it 1 star. It was HORRID. Now, dear parents! Do not book this apartment! Effects to booking this apartment for your kids and yourself:
1.) Hating the apartment
2.) Feeling to puke when smelling specific places
3.) There‘s just so much I can‘t list them all. Just, don‘t book this apartment.”

“Absolutely Horrific Management, First of all their staff does not know what they are doing and they use cheap materials , secondly for these cheap materials they are asking for money ….. 60 AED per bulb, 100 for normal sink cleaning services and more absurd prices lik 250 AED for a Door handle…..Ridiculous”

“After learning from 2024 flooding issues , no one taken any action to prevent flood related road blockages, still after 2025 December 18/19 rain can’t exit the parking 🅿️ and no one care yet after a day . Tenants are still being treated unfairly and no value for their money . Seems this area was not being checked properly before taking building .”

“Fully flooded parking..cars stranded for a week..No action at all..EID 2024 day too much trouble...24x7 bachelors problem near building, late night too.
1) BACHELORS shouting like rowdies all day and night..Not safe location for children and ladies.
2) Midnight bachelors camping next to building, suspicious activities.
3) cheap glass windows, very noisy from road traffic. cannot sleep in mornings.
