“I have been living in a building owned by Al Ghurair and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. For months there has been heavy construction work happening throughout the day in a residential building. The noise is extremely disruptive and affects the sleep and daily life of many residents. I contacted both the police and Dubai Municipality, but the response was that the building has a permit to continue the work. Before signing the contract, I was also promised two parking spaces because I rented one of the largest apartments in the building (3 bedrooms plus maid room) and we have two cars. After signing the contract, I was told that only one parking space would be provided. Later they offered a second parking space only if I paid 3,800 AED per year, even though the ground parking is often empty. Eventually I had to buy an RTA parking permit instead. Another issue is maintenance. Since moving in, there have been multiple wall cracks appearing in the apartment. Maintenance came several times but the problem kept returning. Eventually they said the issue was caused by a water leak, but even after opening the bathrooms to find the source, the repair was never properly completed. Three weeks later the problem is still unresolved, and now mould is starting to appear, which is concerning for my family’s health. Overall the communication and handling of these issues has been very poor and extremely frustrating.”

“Brand new Building, A property of Al ghurair group. Leasing team was very helpful, Harishchandra Singh​ Leasing Executive supported a lot to complete the documentation. Russel the maintenance supervisor is so kind and supportive too.”
