“Quite good place. There is no public transport and not much to do around. It is a very noisy area, but the person from the reception (daily shift) is absolutely amazing, I believe his name is Ismail/Izmail, not sure. He will always greet with a smile, very polite, very helpful, just 10 out of 10. There is a store in the building (first floor). Pool was not working. Miracle Garden 10 minutes walk from this place.”

“***This building is a joke in all aspects*** Where do I begin... well from the outset it's looked amazing. This is where things go wrong - the building is 1 year old and is crumbling, leaking and dirty. Very bad maintenance, the real estate company managing the property is rude, don't care and never help when needed. It's all about taking customers money - nothing else they care about. The admin lady is also very rude. The cleaners team sweep water from the paths into the pool. They clean the corridors with dirty water leaving bad smells. Fire alarm is constantly going off. You can here peoples conversations from inside other apartments. I could go on all day long... I would avoid this place at all costs... there's a reason so many people have left this building..”
