“Living in the residence for almost a year and a half. On the surface the building looks well maintained, however it is not. Particularly, in the last few months SBK maintenance have been awful. They can't resolve simple maintenance issues, don't know how to troubleshoot, drag out the process for fixing things by turning up at your apartment at times when you're not available. We've had a foul sewage smell (along with several other apartments) coming from the drains for months without any resolution - sometimes you can smell the sewage from outside the apartment. The amount of time and energy spent on trying to resolve any maintenance issue is exhausting. SBK is never forthcoming or proactive. They are only motivated to fix issues when you push and push. Very disappointed with SBK.”

“Subject : Misconduct by SBK Regarding Rent Increase and Gas Charges – Masar Residence (Meydan) SBK has demonstrated unprofessional behavior, and tenants are left without a proper point of contact. For Masar Residence - Meydan, both DLD and RERA have confirmed that no rent increase is permitted for 2025. Despite this, SBK continues to issue unjustified rent increase notices to all residents. These notices should not be accepted. If this behavior persists, and especially since the 90-day notice period has already passed, we strongly encourage you to file a formal complaint with RERA. Additionally, please be aware that the gas charge is a one-time payment upon move-in. SBK's attempt to collect it annually is unfounded and should be challenged.”

“Bad service , maintenance never come to fix they only say we will check , the water leakage issue has been present since a year now , we did request maintenance for countless times for a year now still no one is calling us to fix it”
