“I moved to Mashael Building in February 2018. At the time of the viewing I was impressed with the unit as it has closed kitchen (something rare these days) and a huuuge balcony. I mean it, it's huge! It's 30% of the size of the apartment. I was told that the unit will be ready at the time of the move in but still there were lights not working, the cleaning wasn't done propertly and a few drawers were loose. I called the building maintenance but the job they did didn't last long and after this they started charging. It's an old building and it has no gym. There is also a pest control issue that doesn't seem to have a solution. Common areas are not cleaned at the highest standard levels. There…”

“If you are looking for a quality apartment in Dubai and not dealing with a dodgy realtor, DO NOT MOVE HERE, everyone from the caretaker to the building management are a nightmare to deal with and very low quality.”

I called the building maintenance but the job they did didn't last long and after this they started charging. It's an old building and it has no gym. There is also a pest control issue that doesn't seem to have a solution. Common areas are not cleaned at the highest standard levels. There is a huge pool on the rooftop but is not well maintained and basically is useless. Sometimes is half empty and it's such a shame because the size of this pool can't be find anywhere in Dubai I believe. It's like an olympic pool. The parking is accesible, there is a supermarket, a laundry shop and barber shop downstairs. Also a Beauty salon. Lots of supermarkets nearby inlcuding a Carrefour accross the street. The metro is 10 min walking. Clinics, mosques, schools in the community. Accross the street is The Greens with lush greenery and parks. All in all, the building offers generous size of the apartments but the other factors are not of very high quality.”

“2words Horrible maintenance. The realest which is handling this building is doing nothing. The maintenance is so bad of this building. Before moving in, the maintenance had 1month to fix the apartment and they couldn't do that. The guys are very rude and don't know how to talk to a women. I was born in this country and I have never come across such shabby realest company. If you are planning to move in please rethink.”

“Lived for 18 months, cockroaches in elevators and corridors. A/Cs always off in common areas even in summer. A/Cs cheap Rheem brand which are high in electric consumption. Low quality building finiahing, no security doors, no gym and pool is being rented out for private lessons where tenants are not allowed to use it at class timings. Management is unprofessional do not answer calls and emails.”
