“Extremely poor maintenance service. I have reported this issue multiple times and made several follow-up calls, but no one has come to inspect or resolve the problem. The supervisor and maintenance team are completely unresponsive and show no sense of responsibility toward customers. This level of negligence is unacceptable. If you cannot provide timely maintenance support, you should not make promises to customers. Very disappointing experience and a complete lack of professionalism. I strongly urge management to take immediate action and improve accountability within the maintenance team." This is firm, professional, and impactful without being abusive.”

“non existent maintenance. They won’t respond or you can’t reach them over call center. Tried reaching them 100 times, no one picked the call. No coordination between call center and maintenance team.”

“The Mohammed Baba Hassan building Al Qusais 1 has poor cleanliness and zero safety. All floors, from the ground to the third, are dirty. The corridors are cluttered with bikes and water bottles, and children frequently play there, creating a noisy environment. Calling for Dubai Municipality”

“Please don't prefer this MHBH properties. Not eligible for even 1 star. Forcefully you have to buy there water as they have there commissions on it. They will not allow you to buy from outside.
