Moreover, conveniently located within Barsha south. Humble and cooperative staff. Two thumbs up.”

“One of the worst buildings and management teams I have ever dealt with. Before renting, they were extremely responsive and gave the impression that they were professional and quick to fix any issues. However, as soon as the contract was signed and payment was made, everything changed — they became unresponsive and, at times, quite rude. The overall quality is very poor, and there is always an issue that never gets properly resolved. When you report problems, they either ignore you or make you feel like you’re exaggerating or making things up. I’ve experienced multiple issues during my stay — including ongoing AC problems, and even the kitchen ceiling collapsing at one point, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, they don’t turn on the AC in common areas like the floors or reception, claiming it’s “not necessary,” which makes the environment extremely uncomfortable. Cleanliness is also a major concern, with flies everywhere . I truly regret renting here and cannot wait for my contract to end so I can move out.”

“BEWARE — SBK (management company) has not returned a deposit. They delayed repeatedly, then stopped responding. Renewal terms contrary to RERA rent-cap. Based on experience with SBK in Rose Residence 2.”
