“Nice residential complex Its location is strategic and serviced by a mosque, a swimming pool, a gym, a small carrefour, a petrol station, a pharmacy, a laundry and a barber shop. Rent prices are a little high In some districts, there are playgrounds, such as tennis, basketball, and soccer, which are a nuisance Aircraft sound does not cause much inconvenience Pets are allowed and there is a lack of commitment from some tenants to remove dirt Large spaces for sports fans”
