“The building is very nice, clean, well maintained and perfect for families, but the building management is terrible. We have lived there for 2 years, from May 2018 until May 2020 to be precise and they literally robbed us when we moved out. They owed us AED 4,500 iro our security deposit but paid only AED 2,505. They deducted AED 1,995 against a missing cooker which was never provided to us! We paid numerous visits to their office in Deira (Al Majid Property) and the related staffs are playing hide and seek and my money is still unpaid.”
