“Whatever you do,they'll charge you hefty charges when you leave the building. Make sure you take the pictures and videos of the apartment before renting in. All the best if you're still planning to rent into this building.”

“I lived here for sometime in this building... * Old and Dirty Building * Cockroaches everywhere * Poor Maintenance (They won't show up at all) * Water patches on ceiling and walls. * Small Kitchen with no proper drainage * No proper Ventilation, No security camera, Fire alarm goes on for no reasons. * Moreover, If you are living in flat M120 on sharing basis, You will not get the deposit back, they will not even pick the call, So be careful from being cheated.”

“Bulding is neat and clean..But care takers are very arrogant. Gym is pathetic. Pool is quite good, but is open only from 7 am to 7 pm which means most of the working professional will not be able to use it on weekdays. Request to extend pool hours are going to deaf ears”
