“Good building for this area. Clean. Fresh. Lots of shops around , including Madina mall. Petrol station behind. Here was NO Agent commission, cause the whole building is being rented directly from the owner. Nice tinted full wall size windows. Minus is that for 1bhk there is only 1 A/C unit and you can't put separate modes for a small bedroom and a huge hall + kitchen. In the end it feels like North Pole in the bedroom))”

“There have been rental increases without prior notice. In addition, cleaning and maintenance standards are unsatisfactory, the children's play area remains closed and inadequately maintained, and tenants are being required to pay for the replacement of defective fittings that have failed due to poor quality.”

“Been living here for 4 year. Definitely not worth the rent we pay. Not happy with the management. Poor maintenance and we will have go pay them extra amount to get things fixed. All the sanitary wares are worn out and are of poor quality. Hike in rents without prior notice”
