“Have been living here since October 2023. Completely new bld,recently handed over. As it’s a new bld there were some small maintenance issues,which were solved promptly. The size of the apartment is huge,I believe its one of the biggest in the market. Layout is great as well. Good neighbors and neighborhood. Management quite professional. Happy to live here”

“the cleaner are very bad he dont want to clean he always complain about the babies playing the residents cant play in the lobby the play area is very hot and dangerous on the rooftop.”

“the cleaner are very bad he dont want to clean he always complain about the babies playing the residents cant play in the lobby the play area is very hot and dangerous on the rooftop.”

“In this building, there is a vet clinic, gym (open to public for memberships), and cafe. There is NO parking despite all of these businesses. There is no RTA parking anywhere near the building either. People usually park in front of the building. I’ve done it many times. Today, 28 Sept 2025 the security stopped us from parking saying it was drop and go only I understand this but what I don’t understand is why this security guard singled out me and my husband and our 4 month old baby. Another car came to park at the same time and he said nothing to them. 4 other cars were already parked in the same spot and he was allowing them to park.”

“Just moved in 2 days ago. The apartments are huge and very spacious. Good layout as well, especially for families with maids. However, there seems to be a tsunami of maintenance issues already. 1 The drainage in washrooms are always blocked since the workers didn't clean up after their work, resulting in cement and so many different things clogged in drainage pipes. 2. The AC switches are coming off from the wall since not foxed properly. 3. And even the washroom ceiling fell off today. Yet to see, what all will come off gradually 🙄. 4. The parking space is not yet ready and hence after working for long hours, it is terrible to find parking nearby 5. On top of everything, it's too noisy even on Sunday morning as the autodrome is close by. So forget about your long good weekend sleep!! I hope at least the maintenance issues will be taken care of, promptly”

“HORRIBLE…HORRIBLE !!!! I couldn’t have a full night or day sleep since I moved into this house… very poor sound proof walls !! You will hear every single noise from neighbors surrounding you in all directions!! Management sent their team and acknowledged how poor the sound proof is and promised to install soundproofing isolation and then disappeared.. met the owner and he promised to install; also vanished.. they don’t keep promises ! Building is built of very poor low quality materials ! I have problem of leaks, mould and damp walls.. they fixed and in less than one month happened again !! I am having constant workers which is very disturbing !! Upon showing the house, their agents convince you its chiller free and then they appoint a cooling company and surprisingly charge you of the month where you haven’t moved in yet !!! The chiller company said that landlord asked to claim from the tenants!!! Very high tarrif compared to other popular cooling companies in Dubai SERIOUSLY ! Stay out of this place, they don’t respect their tenants or give any rights to them!! They only take money yet nothing in return except very poor quality of living !!”
