If you wish to lease a unit here then make sure you ask them for all the hidden cost up front or later be surprised as talking to them won't be fruitful.”

“ETJAR Building Residence is having a nice location just right behind Burjuman Centre Mall. The area is accessible to public transport as there is Burjuman metro and bus stop. It has a refreshing environment with strips of trees planted along the roads, behind Burjuman.”
