“Before you decide to rent a place / flat in this building , please be careful. This property is managed by Sunrise Real Estate. One of the worst living experiences I've had. The AC has been faulty for months, and despite repeated complaints, no one has taken responsibility to fix it permanently. Every time we report the issue, we get excuses, temporary fixes, or complete silence. The room becomes so unbearably hot that it is actually more comfortable to stand outside than inside the apartment. “Before you decide to rent a place / flat in this building , please be careful. This property is managed by Sunrise Real Estate. One of the worst living experiences I've had. Every time we report the issue, we get excuses, temporary fixes, or complete silence. The room becomes so unbearably hot that it is actually more comfortable to stand outside than inside the apartment. In the middle of the UAE summer, this is not just an inconvenience—it's a serious health and safety concern. Sleepless nights, constant discomfort, and frustration have become part of daily life. The biggest disappointment is the complete lack of accountability from the management and maintenance team. They are quick to make promises but fail to deliver any real solution. Tenants deserve basic living conditions, and a working AC should never be something we have to fight for. If you're considering renting here, think twice. Good customer service isn't about making promises—it's about taking responsibility and solving problems. Unfortunately, that is completely missing here.”
