What one reviewer said

“Very disappointing experience. The office staff are arrogant, unprofessional, and extremely unhelpful. The landlord only seems interested in collecting money and completely ignores tenants once payments are made. Tenants should forget about getting their deposit back once it is paid. Even after vacating the flat, they do not return the deposit amount and do not respond to emails or follow-ups. The same thing happened to my sister when she was a tenant here, so this clearly seems to be a repeated pattern. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for honest or professional property management.”

From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“Managed by arrogant Philippine lady, extremely unprofessional and rude representative who lacks basic courtesy and respect toward tenants and even her own colleagues. It has been a very disappointing experience with the management team overall. Such behavior creates a negative image of the Lootah family and their reputation, and causes unnecessary stress for residents. The building owner should seriously reconsider how this property is being managed.”
