The maintenance team, cleaners, and security personnel are very helpful, calm, and supportive. The So Living office in the building is also very friendly and cooperative. The balconies are beautiful and offer very good views.”

“So.Living Property Management’s building is very good. I have been living in the Novi 1 building in the Majan area for a long time. The management rules of this building are excellent. The cleaning staff, security personnel, and maintenance team are all very helpful.
The building also has a gym, swimming pool, and balconies with beautiful views, which I really enjoy. Overall, the building is very well cared for by So Living Property Management.”

“Swimming pool full of birds and bird waste ,and closed in summer season for more than 3 months now . No caring for maintaining the building. Not recommended.”

“UPDATE!!!
They started ignoring our emails meaning they are not even planning to give our deposit back at all. Shame on them.
If you thinking to move in here please don’t, save yourself the drama.
After leaving they didn’t want to give our full deposit back, claiming that we broke things we didn’t, they made fake videos as proof for the things they needed to “fix” but when i asked for receipts they denied.
Management is terrible, lift broken for months no one fix it, if you have any problem with your apartment you will be on your own.”

“Very bad management
Swimming pool closed for no reason more than 2 months
elevator is not working over year under maintenance and you need to wait for the other one at the end you will use the stairs”
