From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“I have been living in the Majan area, NOVI 2 Residential Building, for 1.5 years. The so living property management is very nice, and the building staff is always supportive. The maintenance is excellent, and the entire building is always neat and clean. The gym and swimming pool are also very nice and well-maintained. I’m genuinely impressed and pleasantly surprised by the quality of living in this building.”

“I do not recommend this company. Air conditioners do not work. Zero maintenance. Zero services. Gym devices do not work. Zero in everything.”

Jul 2025

“Before you decide to move into this building, make sure you check the bedroom AC is working. Been in the building for 2 years and every summer the AC stops working and we go through hell. They keep telling us that they will escalate the matter, and the issue never gets fully resolved. Very very disappointing to be in such a situation to be unconformable to be in your own apartment. My wife is pregnant and we are suffering with this matter. Wouldn't recommend moving into this place.”
