“Extremely unprofessional and unethical agency – would never recommend I was a tenant with So Living Agency for several years, always paying my rent on time and following all terms of the lease. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of disappointing from start to finish. The building’s maintenance was consistently poor – issues were either ignored completely or “fixed” with the cheapest, quickest patch-up possible. Common areas were neglected, the gym and pool were full of mold and unhygienic to use, and in over four years, the building’s windows were cleaned only once. “Extremely unprofessional and unethical agency – would never recommend I was a tenant with So Living Agency for several years, always paying my rent on time and following all terms of the lease. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of disappointing from start to finish. The building’s maintenance was consistently poor – issues were either ignored completely or “fixed” with the cheapest, quickest patch-up possible. Common areas were neglected, the gym and pool were full of mold and unhygienic to use, and in over four years, the building’s windows were cleaned only once. Any requests for repairs or upkeep were met with delays or no response at all. Management communication was slow, unhelpful, and at times dismissive. The final straw was the handling of my security deposit. After moving out and leaving the apartment in good condition, their “reason” for withholding it was a list of photos showing tiny scratches on the exterior door and balcony door — marks clearly caused by heat and weather exposure, not by tenant misuse. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also highly unethical, and it shows a complete disregard for tenant rights. If you are considering renting through So Living Agency, I strongly advise you to think twice. There are far more reliable and trustworthy agencies in Dubai that will respect both their tenants and the law.”

“The building is very nice but the management company SO Living is the worst,. They destroy the entire building by not fixing things. A lot of problems with the AC for the past year, I think I've called the maintenance team 100 times already. They don't come, and when they do, they never give you an hour (like you're supposed to stay home all day) and they don't know how to fix the issue. Is fixed for maximum 1 week then again the same story. The manager from SO Living told me I should move because they can't do more for us. I decided after long wait to make complaint now to rera and dubai land department, and I suggest all the tenants to do the same as everyone has problems. I'm beyond amazed how unprofessional and ignorant this SO Living management company is.”
