“Very poor building management (i think it is the worst one- SBK realstate). They consistently ignore tenants’ requests and concerns. The number of parking spaces is less than the number of residential units, which means some tenants are left without parking. I strongly recommend not renting a unit in this building unless it comes with a dedicated parking space. Even if there are vacant space available, management may prevent residents from using them which happened to me and they refused to give me access to the parking. The management team is not tenant friendly and provides very poor customer service. Based on my experience, I would advise potential tenants to avoid this building”

“Avoid this building. Terrible management and a parking nightmare Dealing with SBK Real Estate has been incredibly frustrating. Their customer service is virtually non existent, and they consistently ignore tenant concerns The parking situation is a massive headache. The building has fewer parking slots than residential units, leaving tenants stranded. Worse, even when there are vacant spaces available, management actively blocks residents from using them and flat out refused to give me access. Unless your unit comes with a guaranteed dedicated parking space, do not rent here. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere”

“If i could've rate 0 i would've done it, the most unprofessional management (SBK Real estate) many issues is happening in the building with no action taken , they never reply on the phone, the oven went on fire 2 times in the appartment and today it explode from inside and went out of it's place and they didn't do anything yet, my wife was alone home and it took the security 30 mins to go check and after the technician came he said that maybe the fuse isn't working🤦‍♂️he doesn't have any clue about how to fix anything , i really don't recommend anyone to rent here”

“Very bad service from the management it takes ages to come and check anything that happens here even upon checking it , they don’t know how to fix it and they keep coming and going back for the same issue without fixing it, super weak maintenance team and management”
